Sakura🌸 2024 at Yodo, Kyoto Cinematic Vlog with Sony α7S III

The Kawazu cherry blossoms in Yodo, which bloom even earlier than Somei Yoshino, have become a quintessential Kyoto landmark alongside the plum blossoms at Jonangu Shrine, signaling the arrival of spring. This year is especially memorable as it’s my second son’s first time seeing cherry blossoms. I look forward to coming back next year as a tradition!

ソメイヨシノよりも早く咲く淀の河津桜は、城南宮の梅と共にもうすっかり春の始まりを教えてくれる京都の定番の名所ですね。次男が生まれ、初めての桜です。定点観測的に来年もまた観に来たいと思います！
